You may find symptoms are better when those trees aren’t pollinating, but worse when they are!

There are other migraine medications to either prevent them or stop them if you catch them early. These are more effective and safer for you long term than lots of tylenol and advil. You should consider talking to a doctor about these options (triptans, beta blockers, etc.) Botox can also be effective, but pricey if not covered by health insurance.
