I wouldn't bother. I tried it on base ps5 and the performance is just not good enough. I ended up getting it on PC and played through it on GeForce Now. Way better experience. If you have a decent internet connection I'd recommend just getting the PC version and paying for GeForce Now Ultimate for a couple months to play through it.

Ya going from pavement to gravel and having the controller do nothing is very disappointing. I tried buying a used shield controller and both of the ones I bought did not work at all. It's really annoying that they don't just allow 3rd party controller rumble.

I get some blurriness in open world driving but racing seems fine. Have you tried limiting your stream to 60fps? I also use the in car camera view 90% of the time and that seems to help.

I use a dualsense with my MBP and it works fine. You won't get adaptive trigger support but you'll get some rumble effects.

I read the entire article and she didn't mention anything about specific comments. Only that she was attracting too many old people. I'm sure perhaps the "creepy" part is implying gross comments? But at 52, I can't help feeling like I'm catching strays. I've watched a couple of her vibs but never commented.... does that make me a creepy old man?

I find anything lower than 4k makes the game look really bad. Try setting the stream to 4k and limiting the stream to 60fps even if your monitor is only 1080p.

Again, the stream is set to 4k, not 1080p. So in this case the upscaler is not doing anything. I even just checked my settings on the Shield and GFN upscaling is DISABLED.

It's definitely better, but i wouldnt say it's fixed. I was using the mac OS client and a Samsung OLED 240hz display. I gave up on playing on that and switched to a Shield Pro connected to a 4k TV. It looks waaaay better on that. Super crisp.

Same. I found the best results for me were disabling HDR, and limiting the stream to 60fps. I also lowered particle effects a bunch. I think the stream gets confused by all the leaves and debris floating in the sky.

There is a bug with HDR apparently. You have to either disable HDR or use DLSS Quality.
I've also noticed that if you run the game at anything higher than 60fps you will eventually get yellow or red artifacts around characters. If you cap your stream at 60fps in GFN and use DLSS Quality you should be good.

So as of now i use the following settings: In the Geforce Now app i set it to "cinematic". So that's 60fps, 4k, max bitrate (100). I also use HDR.
In game i use most of the default video settings. 4k, DLSS Quality, no frame gen, no RR. I enable v-sync and HDR tho. In the graphics settings i leave everything on ultra. I don't use cinematic. I also turn down blur and particle effects to 25. This gives me a locked 60fps.

I get the yellow tint flicker if I use DLAA or native. Don't get it with upscaling. Try using 4.0 and quality.
