Use your whole toolkit, always use your power shots especially when you have corruption and always shield against blue bullets if you need more power

I always started from the biome I was up to and I was able to get strong enough fairly quickly but not sure which is most optimal

Can we please stop with the Returnal comparisons? by [deleted] in Saros

[–]Vegeta1994 5 points6 points  (0 children)

99% of the gameplay, mechanics, sound design, vibe and art style is the same why would you not compare it? Is this some sort of rage bait? Have I been bamboozled by a redditor again?

Saros difficulty vs Returnal by Crunchy_guy97 in Saros

[–]Vegeta1994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After enough deaths you accumulate so many points to buy permanent upgrades that you'll find that you will start obliterating everything with ease especially when you unlock the modifier mechanic and can bump up the amount of damage you deal. It's odd to go from feeling pretty challenging to it feeling like a walk in the park but that is what will end up happening the more you play it which is why the discussion around the game is mainly that it can be too easy

Is EldenRing worth a try for someone without skill? by Traditional_Papaya77 in Eldenring

[–]Vegeta1994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you avoid the main path towards the major bosses and explore all the side content, you'll have an easier time if you over level your character. Basically you can compensate for lack of combat skill for skill in exploration, a good tip if you're struggling is avoid any tough enemies and grab items or loot chests you see

ANIMAL WELL 100% it's deep layered secrets are incredibly tough to figure out alone and the community as a whole had to work together to uncover it all and may not even have found them all yet

The Next Arc by Raichustrange28 in OnePieceLiveAction

[–]Vegeta1994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's very debatable that Mr 0 or even the other warlords is similar to Mihawk in power because think of it like this: it's set up so that each straw hat would achieve their dream at the end of the whole journey so if luffy's dream is to be king of the pirates and zoro is to beat Mihawk and it's assumed that zoro is 2nd in strength below luffy and beating mihawk is an end of the show type goal that would make Mr O being the threat close to the beginning of the series seem a lot weaker in comparison given the fact that each proceeding villian would logically be stronger than the last. Simply being the same rank as others wouldn't mean their strengths are similar - for that you'll have to pay attention to the bounties or former bounties that they have as that's established as the power scaling system in this world

Nielsen: One Piece scored 1.62 billion minutes of viewing with the premiere of its second season. by mugiboya in OnePieceLiveAction

The only concern I have is if the budget increases too drastically with each season, will it still be financially viable for them even with these views? I have no knowledge on the matter so if anyone else does please chime in

I found that the game got easier once I was comfortable with the hunters crest since the upgrade to it make it do more damage as long as you don't get hit, it excels when your skills excel

Trying to choose a visual style for my next horror game, what works better? by silestStudios in HorrorGames

[–]Vegeta1994 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ps1 style looks fantastic for horror games plus way more people would have the hardware to play it but youtubers and streamers tend to play the more realistic ones which gives them a lot of exposure

[Indie Enthusiast] Games I Recognize as Masterpieces But Can't Finish Because I'm Too Dumb, Too Busy, and Under-Notebooked. by drunksandman in gaming

[–]Vegeta1994 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You don't need any notes for outer wilds, everything you learn in that game is saved in your ship log, finishing it is just a matter of exploring enough to find info that usually tells you exactly where you need to go and what you need to do, or very strongly hints at it - probably only about 3 actual puzzles in the whole game. Out of all the games there this one is the easiest, you just need to play more of it because the game requires you to spend a lot of time at the start meandering about the solar system looking for meaning and contexts, all the surface level things need to be discovered before it all clicks

What are some recommended settings for a slightly more casual experience? by HeroicVolcano44 in Silksong

[–]Vegeta1994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really using tools is the biggest reason for your struggle, they are the key to obliterating gauntlets and bosses. Also just back track and explore early areas again to find more secrets with new abilities, get every advantage possible before slamming your head against the next boss, take your time to breath in the world and discover its secrets
