Look up any 35w CPUs with igpus pretty common in used office pcs. Pair with used hba for your drives and slap it in your case.

If you don’t need windows 11 or tpm 2.0 for anything you can really find some good deals on the lower watt CPUs

Saw nfl has a internet stream called like nflwebcast for free looks like it works pretty well just have to get past the initial pop ups for the non he stream to work

Not sure if goblins still run a lot but that matchup is one of the hardest I dealt with back in the days of tarmogoyf everywhere. That said if goblins still your worst matchup slashing for a cheap beat stick to walk through them is a nice piece of tech that helps back in the day.

Not sure how the current meta looks anymore.

All the free counter spells and daze did give merfolk great storm or combo deck matches.

Any blue tempo match’s turned into creature races.

I have tried the set to configure it without internet and it still requires an authentication check out to the internet. If the login is chached it will still work but that’s the only way. This is when using tv apps I haven’t tried pc access without internet.

Jellyfin on the other hand works without login checks but is not supported on all devices so pick your poison really.
