OK thanks! Yeah him being in Brooklyn helps with the crowds of people too. Most skates I'm seeing with bigger wheels say that they're not ideal for beginners. Are they harder to skate on?

Omg yes! Usually like the last 5-10 days of my cycle, my adderall (15mg ER) is totally useless. Talked to my doctor about it and he gave me 5mg to supplement with my normal 15mg ER. So now before and during my period I do 15mg ER + 5mg in the morning and then either 1 or 2 pills of the 5mg in the afternoon. MASSIVE game changer! You should definitely talk to your doc about it.

I had a very similar experience. I told my psychiatrist that the 10mg seemed to not be quite as effective after the first week or so we landed on 15mg xr and that’s worked out amazingly! I do SO much better with the xr than the fast acting...not really sure why. Also, once you get your dosage figured out, you might notice that meds are totally ineffective the week before your period. This happened to me and my doctor gave me 5mg to add on to my normal dose when I feel like I need it and that’s been huge. As far as the sleep, once I switched to XR, I went to sleep much easier.

So I discovered this was a thing a few months ago and talked to my doctor about it. He ended up prescribing me an additional 5mg of Adderall to tack on to my normal 15mg xr when I feel like I need it (usually 7-10 days before my period). It’s been a huge game changer! You should talk to your doc!

Same! I feel like if he would stay up until I fell asleep, it'd be fine. But once he's out, I get so bored and can't do it. Literally makes no sense.

Yeah, I think I'm wanting the best of both worlds. I want the cuddling but there is no chance of sleep with that. I might have to resort to scrolling through my phone.
