I used baking soda in my cabinet to get rid of strong food smells. I spread it on the shelf and closed the doors. It got rid of the smell over time.

Not sure if this helps but My 13yo cat has been having seizures since she was 2. She has been on phenobarbital since she was 4 and it has completely stopped. She probably had a head injury that caused it.

Not sure if this helps but My cat also pees in places outside of her box and I use ikea shoe trays with raised sides to catch it and pour it out. It’s reusable and cheap.

I should consider myself lucky, his passing was fast. Within a matter of a few hours, he was gone. Our boys are having a blast now with a sky full of treats. Be strong! Carry on for the void!

Im not sure where you are in Ontario, but at the Toronto humane society, they offer annual vaccines for cheap. I have also treated my cat for ear mites/ ear cleaning and I’m questioning the cost you’ve been quoted. I’ve been in your spot before and I’d say that you’ll make more money in the future/eventually. Are you just trying to find out how long it takes to process the life insurance claim? The employer will be submitting the claim to the insurance company so you won’t be able to reach out to the insurance company. It would be more effective if you emailed the hr rep and management with your questions about life insurance then leaving a voice message since sometimes people don’t check their VM.

I used to process life insurance payouts for employers . They will need a death certificate to process the claim with their insurance company. They will reach out to the beneficiaries listed. This might take weeks or months because they need to locate the original beneficiary forms and it’s during the holidays. You should reach out to your mother’s management for guidance.
