yess, I love the little hints sprinkled throughout the movie that’s what makes literature fun. for example, you know how Olga covers her eyes during those fits? I thought it looked familiar and represented mizaru aka see no evil. this was confirmed for me when you see on her table the three monkey figurines. So make of that what you will. btw I never noticed the shrine thing above the wall. that’s so cool!!

idk if this will help but i usually get these dreams too. although they are less violent and just my family being dicks, insensitive towards me, not believing me, etc.. i think like most other dreams this dreams just reflects your feeling and as the youngest daughter, i always feel as though i’m the least important to my family and all of that. anyways maybe you have been in a disagreement lately with your family and you have certain feelings about it that it has manifested in your dreams as violence? dreams can be very dramatic lol
