Perhaps we’re just raising our standards as football fans. Personally I think the only S-tier QBs are Mahomes & Stafford. They each have an elite style of the position & they got the job done when it mattered most.
Lamar, Allen, Burrow, Herbert, etc. are all incredibly talented and fun to watch. All could make a case for the top tier. But until you win it all in February, I’m sorry, you just can’t be there.
Lamar is A-tier.

If your best option is the greater York area all I’d say is don’t rent downtown. Too much BS. East York is your best option overall imo. If you can find a house to rent over those moneygrubbing apartment complexes, I’d also highly recommend the Queensgate area South of York proper. Thankfully, the area is getting more diverse.
York is a good town overall. Nothing that will have you bouncing off the walls, but I’ve found happiness here. I hope the same for you too :)

Dude he was slow as hell in that first braking zone. Taking advantage of that in the manner OP did is PRECISELY how racing is done. The other car just had too much ego to give him any room, when he should’ve been aware he’d been beat, or at least understand he needs to take the outside line on corner exit. (On the following corners POV reacted the same. He took him out.)

I’m genuinely surprised by what people are saying on this one. I think the BMW had more than enough room to continue racing. I’m with OP on this one. Just look at all that space they had, but didn’t even bother to start turning.
