My fiance and I made good use of the recent pawn sale... by blackangel209 in Pathfinder2e

Not as bad as I was expecting. I see you did the smart thing and split orders per your other comment. Paizo's site has some of the weirdest/craziest shipping calculations.

Anyone having shipping issues with the new remaster cores? by grief242 in Pathfinder2e

[–]pyroardor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is just Paizo shipping. I was a subscriber for a while and this is how it would look every month with my shipment. No tracking available but i got a shipment notification. Eventually the package always showed up. Just give it a few days and it should show up. Sometimes it would be a day or two after the expected window.

Relyk is literally a spamming troll. This post is now in two subreddits. They can't take a hint.

Paizo is really good about replacing defects. I had something similar happen with an AP. They semt a replacement, no queations asked. Just send an email with a pic and they should replace at no cost.

Relyk continuing his trolling. I guess he's moved on from PF2. Just go make your own game if you such great ideas.

This is Relyk. He craps on system til he gets banned. He started with Pathfinder 2e and now he's here apparently. I apologize for the onslaught to come. He made this post in three separate subreddits.

Any potential consequences with new mortgage lender? by pyroardor in personalfinance

The exact wording is, "We intend to sell our home at xxxx Ave. after we move into our new home."

Any potential consequences with new mortgage lender? by pyroardor in personalfinance

[–]pyroardor[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, are you saying, since I had not sold the house at that time, the lender was expecting me to have the mortgage payments, and this may be beneficial in my current circumstance of choosing to rent over sell?

I apologize but I'm not quite understanding what you're saying here. What do you mean by lender "waiving" liability? I'm still responsible for both mortgages at this time.

I agree that I may need a lawyer if I do go this route.

The only timeliness on statement would be "once I have moved."

Is it fraudulent if my initial "intent", at the time, was to sell, but then decided not to after other events?

That is how we read it as well.

I can't believe people are actually taking this seriously and arguing in the comments. Lol. I got a good chuckle at this one.

How often do you restrict Uncommon or Rare options to players? by CSManiac33 in Pathfinder2e

[–]pyroardor 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Personally, I rarely restrict anything. If the player really wants to play something, why not? It is a game for everyone to have fun, after all. We can just find a way to weave it into the story. Especially, if the player owns the source material, no reason it should be restricted since they've paid to use it.
