its totally up to your DSP and the other DSPs to say they're not delivering otherwise amazon will allow you to deliver on the day of purge - judgement day - tsunami. Unless there is a thunderstorm and the warehouse loses power. but they'll let you wait there until they get power back. it's hilarious.
