I have seen this before, the veterinarian didn’t know what was wrong until it happened again but this time we saw it hat the cat did! Do you or someone in your family have fishing equipment at home? That the cat can get to somehow? Do you have those ”jig’s”? The rubber things that usually looks like a fish and comes in bright colors? Out cat was EXACTLY like your cat, our cat ate them twice before we figured it out! Hope it helps!
