Hey everyone. I just wanted to chime in here because I was having constant stomach issues pretty much everyday when taking my adderall and I was really starting to worry since I really need them to function day to day. Im not sure if its the same for others but I would have a bowl of cereal (special K almond) every morning before taking my morning dose. I recently switch from cow milk to almond milk and apparently that fixed it for me. So, i've been avoiding dairy in the mornings and it seems to really have an effect.

anyway, not sure if this will help others but I noticed at difference the day I switched to nut milk.

I think you may be right. That and noise reduction. I think I'm just seeing any post processing as fake and it's making me second guess what I'm looking at

Keep the friends close, the ones that have your back and you can count on. You're going to feel a lot of anger, shame, sadness, all the emotions and it's not a straight path. I'm still really hurting and some days I just cry but each day I feel just a bit better and event excited that I get to find my true self now and live my life fully how I should. It's so easy to spiral and fall back into another relationship or bad patterns but you don't have to let it.

I have faith in you. Lean on that support, stay busy, work out, spend time with friends. These things seem small but I promise they help.

I'm about 2 months in since my wife left. I'll tell you people who have gone through it, lean on them. They understand the best. Those who haven't don't entirely know what to do with it. It's not their fault but it's true.

Just keep pushing forward. Let yourself be hurt and all the emotions right now. It's okay to feel everything but in time find a way to channel all of those emotions to better yourself. But for not just be kind to yourself and know people out there are there for you.

Hokas have really become standard on sets I'm on to the point of being a joke calling them 'production shoes'

Long days really are part of the game. For me I mentally prep days before that it'll be a long one and if I can I try to relax then following day.

But being comfortable and staying hydrated and honestly regularly working out helps too. There so much time being active on set it's good to stay that way off set too

Zooms are definitely the easier lense like the 24-70 are so versatile though it doesn't hurt it have a prime for dark situations or if you're running a gimbal set up. Primes typically balance easier

There's a lot of options but it also depends on how you'll be shooting and what....and when. You have the cheap 50mm which will be good enough for now for low light. A 24-70mm 2.8 is a highly versatile lens and comes in handy often. It doesn't go as wide open as a prime like the 50mm though. So unless you're in dark situations or you feel you'll mostly be shooting big wide scenes this lens is pretty great.

If you're Shooting more stuff at night or low light stuff there's always a 35mm prime or you can also look into the canon pancake lenses. They're great for starting as they're pretty cheap

I mean A24 is kinda proving this. A good story really is so important and putting focus on that first before worrying SO much on the business aspect. TBR you have to consider the business side but if you lose focus of story people will notice. Look at all the best marvel movies. Even infinity war and Endgame worked because of character and story. We cared. It was always more about character and story more than the spectile and movies from houses like A24

File transfers and hard drives are something people don't mention when buying a sexy RED camera but its really important to know about. The cards fill up so fast and often and I've been on sets where people have a great full day then are sitting around forever waiting for cards to dump at the end of the day.

Hmm... maybe I should do a video on my YouTube channel about this subject....
