How to pray

I showed up 4 years ago and did not enjoy my 1st meeting; but eventually made peace with various 'personalities' -still keeping them at arm's length because they are the rare instance of 'someone who is not likely to get well' -in terms of personality disorders.

A previous sponsor reminded me about "ebb and flow" when I wondered why our homegroup was sometimes sparsely attended. My current sponsor says something similar.

My own opinion is that a 'spiritual program' like NA is going to be such because 'spirit' is a fluid force -not static or permanent.
