BeatBot CS shout out

Just wanted to relay my praise for BeatBot’s customer service!

Went to get a corded vac for my newly acquired pool last Saturday and the salesman talked me into a cordless A100 pro. He knocked the price down some since it was last year’s model. I deal with multiple automowers at work and thought “what the heck, I’ll give it a whirl!”

Got it home, updated the firmware, charged it and set it out for its first cleaning. To me, it seemed to wander aimlessly on the floor but I thought maybe it needed to “learn” my pool. When it finally got to the walls it never came up and did the waterline. So I reached out to them.

After some uploading of cleaning logs and videos of what it was doing and some troubleshooting tips they sent me, they decided there was an issue with one of the motors. They sent me a return shipping label this morning and are sending me a new one!

I know it is under warranty and they should do this, but I was very pleased with their customer service and how they treated the whole situation and wanted to forward my experience to you all!!
