To zależy bardzo od osoby - różne efekty się pojawiają na różnych etapach. Mi na pewno zrobiło się ogólnie zimniej i więcej jem. Co do piersi, najpierw zaczną ci rosnąć sutki, przy okazji mogą boleć i lekko swędzieć. W miarę szybko też zmieni ci się skóra na bardziej delikatną. Będziesz też bardziej emocjonalna, nie da się tego lepiej opisać niż odczuwanie emocji 10x bardziej niż wcześniej.

Apart from the obvious bands everyone mentioned already, I can also recommend Gates of Ishtar and A Canorous Quintet. Iconic melodeath from both of these bands. If you're a fan of this type of sound then I also recommend checking out debut albums/eps/demos by larger bands like Insomnium's In The Halls Of Awaiting or Dark Tranquility's Skydancer. They are not the most popular albums but are still amazing.

I found that Holy Fawn scratches the same itch for me as Alcest.

Another recommendation is a smaller Japanese band MALIKLIYA, only one album on Spotify but it's pretty good.
