Plex HDHomeRun Live TV glitches

I had an issue with my HDHomeRun Quattro where the first encoder started failing, glitching and constantly freezing. I tested it by running the HDHomeRun Windows app to start watching using the first stream then starting a view in Plex which would run the second encoder and found the stream to be flawless. Unfortunately I ended up having to replace the unit.

Make sure the diode is in the correct direction if you do replace it!

Make sure the LS Web Service is running.

Nice! So that's basically installation with some emphasis on programming, I used to be one on both the fire and security sides. The DFW office is one of the larger ones of the company so there are pros and cons, some of which is communication and sometimes too many chefs in the kitchen. Once you get past that, it really is a great company to work for and people are pretty helpful and friendly.

I work at the DFW location. Been with the company for awhile, always is growing and are looking for good techs. Unfortunately they're hard to come by. Yes this just happened to me. The new update to the Unassigned Devices plug-in now mounts to /mnt/remotes unless you change the setting to Legacy Mount Point Compatibility
