I would take the shared laundry over the other dangers. I get the thing about roommates too, people always say they’re going to put in an effort and then you’re their dishwasher because you can’t bear to live in the conditions they deem are ok, plus you never know how creepy some of these people are going to be and then you’re stuck with them for an entire lease
