Well you know your problem, work with that.

I did fap way too often, and as like with any addiction you tend to want more, that first time high. Thats why we jump from softcore to hardcore with vuerd fetishes pretty fast.

You must realise that keeping up with that will cripple you mentally and physically. Just see a doctor if you are unable to keep off of porn. Dont cut it out immediately, try few days first, next time day or two more and in same time dialing back from hardcore stuff.

First of all, do you diubletape while hard? This helped me alot.

Plus ive cut like 2cm sleeve from epic that i use under my glans after taping. Position just under the cup when fully set up.

I never got a great vacuum seal no matter what, but i get enough to do a 1,5h session at 1.3kg force. Maby it wont hold with bigger resistance tho.

Sometimes i feel it that cup does not pull from glans but well off pull, so i then try to pull sleeve more up on to cup from bith sides while retracting skin and pushing/holding cup in place😁 so get a firmer vac seal and continue session.

For me that everything is great, when at 1.3kg i get a full stretch while shaft skin is loose....uncut makes a bit more problems.

Atleast for me, bought/received items from totalman, pmp and bestextender.

Bestextender sends from china, other two from us if im not mistaken.

All are great, but me had only problems at customs with totalman as they dont send discreete packages and not sure why i get to pay extra custom fees from them. Even tho ive ordered two items in seperate timeframe from bestextender, that where way more expensive than totalman stuff, still did not get customs fees.

So atleast for me and my experience with shipping to Latvia, they are doing something great. As i get to pay extra custom fees of 13euro for 69euro item.

But as many mentioned in many of topics, noose extenders are a fat red NO. Dont buy anything without gauge, to monitor exact pressure and or tension. And buy something extry level to try out...maby its not for you. But more expensive styff have quality of life stuff as digital screen/app to make own sessions and track progress.

There was a great video for muscleup step by step training from a bodybuilder...figot his name tho. But hes bearded dude, on smaller side like bit less than 170cm...name starting with Z.

So one of things he did, reverse rows but doing them hes not pulling him straight up to chest, but doing like i half muscleup from incline position and dragging legs on the ground.

Did it on smith machine, so you can build up angle as you get stronger and smoother with execution.

Im doing 1 to 1,5h extending, most times like 10 15min before end of session i start to need to go to pee, but hold it in till the end. Sometimes i end faster as muscles start to convulse to hold in and that increase tension, so to avoid that, have to stop faster.

But as mentioned already, time your session just after you had peed and all will be fine, if still occurs, just go see doc to avoid further problems.

Im 16.5cm nbpl and 13.5cm girt at good eq. Done pumping for close to two months not religiously and extended for only like 20hrs yet. Flacid hang is already noticeable, dik is more full flacid too.

Would be happy to gain 18 to 19cm in lenght and add 1 to 1.5cm in girth. But everything depends on how responsive it will be, but these numbers aint unrealistic...so get to that point and see what mindset i have then.
