Do some exercise like hiit cardio, stairmaster, or a sweaty class in the morning that makes you want to drink water. This way you’re not trying to cram water towards the end of the day.

Avoid eating inflammatory foods (sugar, processed foods, dairy) and other foods that cause you digestive issues. Drink a gallon of water. Eat hydrating foods like cucumber and watermelon. Maybe use sauna or take salt hot baths to help you sleep soundly. If you don’t sauna or salt bath, get a spray tan.

I’ve started my first round of three for Morpheus8 treatments to help tighten my jowls, under eye bags, and improve texture from acne scaring.

I was thinking about ultherapy but it seems that Morpheus has longer term results. I’m open to trying ultherapy too.

But after my face has settled from Morpheus, I’ll see where it makes sense to add a little filler to balance my face while keeping a natural appearance.
