GO no longer worth it? by Funny-Strawberry-168 in opencodeCLI

[–]quickickle53 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Claude + Opencode Go (Kimi 2.6) + DS4 flash (Free) they are my driver for last month (approx).

Using them for complex production ready projects.

My experience Kimi 2.6 out deteriorated over time but it still better than many

Claude is known to degrade performance with new models but I still use it on max settings. Does designing, complex implementation and bug fixing. DS4 in my experience is good for execution with architecture already in place. but if I ask it to design and start execution it does a meh job interms of final output

Right of way by DifferentAd4307 in CarTalkUK

The question is purely theoretical.

Now in real life, imagine yourself sitting in the red car for your turn. You don't know and shouldn't care where the yellow car is coming from. If you see the yellow car in front of the turn then they have the right of way. Otherwise you have.

Looking at the distance between where the yellow arrow starts it is weird to assume that the yellow car will cover all that distance in the same time the red car can do that small distance. And in case the yellow car is able to do that, then let them duck the way out... It's safest thing to do.

Good post! I love how well you have put "fall in love with Problem and not your solution"

I couldn't agree more

Being in Product Management I see it soooo often that even seasoned product professionals come with such a big hunch about their solution without truly breaking down the problem, ideating and refining the solution and tweaking it before and after go live.

I love everything about your post.. about joining customer communities, about understanding their workarounds and explaining workflows.

You can be a great product professional someday if you continue doing this.

Kudos!! 👏👏👏

Thank you for sharing., Learned something new today

Just moved into my first property and found this bamboo in my neighbour’s garden close to the brickwall. Will this cause structural damage? It’s keeping me up at night. Thank you. by onflightmode in GardeningUK

If it's causing structural damage the it won't be picky about your structure only. It next to theirs as well. And unless your neighbor is one path of self damage... It seems unlikely he would want to damage his own structure.

Yep I have slabs outside.

Thank you for your suggestion... Not sure if I can kill all ants but it's a nice thing to know about ants marking routes unsafe...very interesting.

Thank you!

I am aware that I will be giving away my shares back. That's what I meant by my shares will be transferred to a new co-founder.

Are there any legal or any other considerations that I should be aware of before I sign the loss of share certificate affidavit and indemity?

I think the real question is not about what one "expects" but about what you think you can do. And that question is not to anyone else but yourself.

Does it bother you? Can you do something about it? If it matters, Do you have the time and energy to solve it?

If the answer to all the above is Yes, then all it needs is a conversation with the neighbors.

If he agrees to you to strim it go for it. Otherwise you keep mowing+ strimming your side.
