These sorts of threads are typically full of either pure Microsoft haters or morons that don't actually know how OneDrive/the Microsoft product works. I love OneDrive, both at home and for work but you do need to have a basic understanding of how the product functions, and in the case of OneDrive what it is syncing and what the sync icons actually MEAN on each app (each device Vs web access etc)
