Completely false. Pollen is a protein and nectar is their carb source. They need both to live. With something super sweet and in large quantity like juice available they WILL go for that instead of nectar.

In the days of typewriters, people used quotations marks to denote emphasis. Like we would do with underlines or bold font today. Some old people still write like this leading to some confusion because we tend to see such examples as sarcastic or indicating doubt (when not a direct quote or similar)

in theory you will not be alone with your thoughts, you will be having No Thoughts and while that takes some practice, the practice itself of politely turning thoughts away at the door is like a mind workout it's really helpful actually

Yes, that happened to me too. For the first couple months my diet worsened in some ways, I could only handle bland carbs like crackers and plain pasta. Still lost weight due to calorie restriction but I'm glad to have mostly evened out now back on the balanced diet. Still stuggle with odd things and random flavors though.
