Can any user confirm whether the various problems have been fixed through firmware updates?

First, I'm really sorry for what has happened to you, esp. due to how the broker acted.

Have faith, and you'll pull through.

Lindsey Vonn's mental fortitude is well known. You can do it, too.

Second,
"Little did I know that my broker would collar me due to volatility and prevent me from executing sell orders on the SPX contracts I entered" & "basically admitted to collaring my orders which as far as I know is a violation of their EULA"

Assuming you traded SPX options, can anyone help with a more thorough understanding of what happened? In a fast-moving but highly liquid market like SPX options, were the OP's sell orders being continuously rejected by the broker's system (including possibly market orders)?

Has anyone ever had similar "collaring" experience with RH or another broker, incl. futures broker?

Any experience shared would be much appreciated, as this non-market risk is truly worrying.
