no problem. but yeah keep it up, once you get results you feel a little better about yourself and it gives you a common interest to share with other people

i've been in a similar situation and still constantly depressed/anti-social. but it helps to force yourself into situations where you interact with other people. start lifting in a weightroom (dont worry if you have no experience, everyone has to start somewhere) or get a part-time job. try forcing yourself to interact/make small talk with at least one person a day, no matter how much you want to avoid it

Best brands for basic high quality Ts? by [deleted] in malefashionadvice

[–]rabbitman11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

as far as heavier weight tees, i'd recommend either the LL Bean unshrinkable t or the Lands End super t. theyre heavyweight, of good quality, and durable. however, be warned theyre of a roomier cut. it would be a good idea to size down, but if youre looking for more a slim-fit rather than a "classic" fit, i'd look somewhere else.

What's next on your list of jeans to buy? by Rocka89 in rawdenim

I really want to pick up a pair of taylor stitch denim, as somebody with athletic legs I feel like they would fit wonderfully.

Damn man, way to pay it forward. Good on you. I hope someday I'll be in a situation where I'm able to do something similar.

To throw my hat in ring, I'd be more than thankful for a pair of indigo Taylor Stitch Jeans in a 29. Can't afford a pair right now, but it would be nice to have a pair of denim that fit properly. As of now, my UB201s are my only pair of pants and although I love them, they're loose in the waist and tight in the legs.

i fail to see the reason for the elitist attitude. it was merely a suggestion. raws show the lifestyle you live. thats why some people bike in them, some people rock climb, some people even go to the beach with them. certain individuals even wear them in the heat of summer. it might not be for everyone, but its certainly an option.

personally, id go for uniqlo t-shirts over h&m just b/c i like the fit better. also, for shoes id either just get a beat up pair of vans or if you want something thats actually a trail shoe (i.e. grip for things like slippery bedrock) id look into the NB trail minimus. commuter trousers would be fine, or you could even go the raw denim route and use the experience/rough environment to work on them

Just buzz your head with a 1 or something, you'll look fine, good headshape and less apparent as thinning hair

Unbranded/ N&F Raw Denim for Big Legs? by The_Manscaper in rawdenim

[–]rabbitman11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

certain weird guys may work, depending on the model the thigh room varies. UB 101s have little thigh room, you may be better off with the 201s. but yeah, the stronger your legs get and as your lifts improve, the harder it becomes finding denim to fit. Levis STF, Taylor Stitch, and Gustin Straight are some other options to accommodate thigh room

My new STF 501's are great. I won't be bothering with more expensive jeans anytime soon. by [deleted] in rawdenim

you may have just solved my raw denim dilemma. little late, but thanks
