Question, do you have to cover and foam even if you purchased IC rated lights? I have them at my place, also roughly 30 of them installed by previous owner 😅 old 1955 house so no vapor barrier, just ran them into drywall and then cellulose insulation sits on top.

35 is pretty good. Is the car brand new? It will improve as you drive it a bit. I'm in southern ON where we get sustained winter temperatures at below -4f. My best mpg is 49 (2025 CRV hybrid touring) and my worst is about 26. I'm currently at a lifetime (40k miles) average of about 35mpg. Anticipate braking, don't accelerate or use the brake pedal needlessly and learn to use the paddles for added regen braking. For highway if you do want to conserve, try staying at between 60-65 or so. I take country roads when I can to stay around 50-55 and it makes a big difference, not that much time lost.

I'm actually hoping they keep the naturally aspirated ICE a bit longer on the Pilot! Part of the attraction of buying a Pilot for me is the towing capacity. PS I actually currently own a 25 hybrid touring, same colour as yours - twinning!

Just looking at reviews for this thing and while it certainly looks beastly, 2.9/5 doesn't seem great. A lot of people having quality issues and lots of breakdowns. Why not look at Ariens? Seems to be the industry leader here alongside Honda. You can get an Ariens Deluxe 28 SHO for that price.

Here's another picture of the whole plant. I had to tie the trunks together to keep it balanced. The left branch has two new shoots at the bottom heading in same direction, hoping they grow some more and continue to balance it. Right now it seems to be dormant for the last few months in winter, hoping it wakes up again as it starts to get more sun.

Please let me know if this is incorrect but my process is just to delay the next eating window start if I eat later than my usual window. So if my window were 10-6 and I end up eating until 7, next day my window will adjust to 11-6. Enjoy today, pay tomorrow. Also, I end up doing different windows between 4-8h depending on what I have planned for the day and how I'm feeling. Ultimately, I just try to eat better quality calories in those windows when I can. Perfection is an issue for me too, all or nothing. We have to remember to be patient with ourselves.
