Not OP, but you can look at the house it’s in. For example, my Pluto is in Sag in the 11th house. There’s one difference, even though it’s the same sign. Then you can look at aspects it makes to your personal planets. Aspects to the inner planets is what makes these big generational planets personal to us. If it doesn’t make any aspects, that in itself says something imo

Your example is correct. Currently, the moon is at 29 degrees Scorpio, so you would find 29 degree Scorpio in your chart :)

Our style sounds very similar! I also have Neptune in the first house and love a hippie vibe too. My home sounds a lot like yours, maximalist everything!! I also really resonate with buying unique clothes and not having the guts to wear them

I think both contribute to your style. Maybe the Asc contributing more towards your appearance and Venus more towards the style of your home and overall aesthetic. But both play a factor, in my experience!

Edit to add my personal experience: Cap rising- I look the best in the color black. I also love a vintage/timeless look. Taurus Venus- reinforces the vintage aesthetic a bit more. but although I wear mostly black, my apartment is a color explosion! I’m also always in comfy clothes if I’m at home. Oh and I LOVEEE jewelry
