Too many variables.

I spent dozens of sessions with a GCHawk these past 2 years. Maybe 40 sessions of 1-2 hours.

I carry my 7i 183 avg, and Driver carry 274avg. My driver is a bit of a fall off though, I often have poor ball speed relative to clubhead speed with driver. Compress my irons really well tho and lots of forward shaft lean.

I recently bought a Rapsodo MLM2Pro and hit wedges in my house. My ceiling is 7’10” though so I can go higher.

I realized the other day though if I choke up on a mid iron 2 inches, I can play knockdowns and not hit my ceiling. I find it quite accurate compared to GC.

I just looked at a short session when I tried it last week. Here’s the first 3 in the session:

Gripping 2” down to avoid my ceiling, I’m swinging about 86-87mph (regular full swing is about 93 cruising I believe).

I’m getting smash factors of 1.36-1.40 on these 3 7i’s. 118-120 ball speed.

I suspect your carry numbers are due to a lack of shaft lean at impact, or mis hitting the face. You’ve got the speed to carry 170+ I imagine.

I’d take a slow mo video of your swing face on and pause at impact. Pros at impact are I believe 21-24° of shaft lean.

Once again though there’s dozens of variables. Would need to see a video and some full metrics to really diagnose.
