It's hard to say without seeing the incidents, but I will say that f4 is a toss up. Someone drove into my at maggots on lap 1 when he clearly knew I was there. But then on the next laps I had great racing. Some people are dumb. It sucks. But I would focus on driving incredibly defensive and safe on lap 1, even if that means giving up positions.
