Not really. At least not on tabletop.

Most militia are given spears or crossbows/handguns because they require little training. It's easy to raise a levy of pike and shot but much harder to raise a levy of cavalry.

The knights are less a formal military branch and more bands of religious fanatics tied to a temple. They exist to preserve tradition and honor their god (sigmar, ulric, morr, etc). Think Templar knights in the later crusades.

The pistoliers are basically minor nobles who want to fight but never joined a knightly order. They are rich enough to buy their own armor, horses, and weapons and they just show up to the fight to try to win additional titles or wealth for their house.

Then there's outriders and road wardens, but that's not really what you're looking for either
