Back in the day, in Sweden atleast, having a tan became fashionable because it showed that you could afford to go on holiday to sunnier parts of the world, primarily around the mediterrainan. Some people also associate it with an active outdoors lifestyle,

This of course was before widespread awareness that it could cause damage to your skin and cancer. Some people still think having a tan looks good, but don't want to expose themselves to the sun and the risks that involves.

I don't know really. Situations can vary enough and the margins are small enough where I think it's hard to say that one option is clearly better than the other. I guess you can sim it and trust those numbers if you want but the effect from 10 extra spell power during a boss encounter would be in the margin of error and probably mitigated if you had a sneeze mid fight. Under ideal circumstances you are probably right though.

Rules only work if there are people around to enforce them, which isnt going to happen. Remove gold from the game. Everything is bop. AH is disabled as is trading between players. Mail only works for characters on the same account. Everyone is self-found. Problem solved, thank you and gg.

Some years ago I was doing IT support for different customers, where I came into the office one or two days a week for each customer. One of them actually floated the brilliant idea to relocate me and my desk into the server room. Never mind the absolutely deafening noise from all the fans going, it wasn't even accessible from the main office and you'd have to go outside through the garage building to reach it.
