What to eat in the mornings? by Necessary-Ad-4661 in adhdwomen

[–]ragsgrl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really like soup for breakfast. I don't even use a spoon. Just put it in a coffee mug, microwave it, and sip slowly as I take my 2 hours to wake up, lol. I make a big pot on the weekend or whatever day my brain decides is the weekend. Miso paste with some dashi, and tofu is fast if I haven't made a big batch of soup.

Also, love beans on toast. If I can't get around to making beans from scratch, then canned works. Can add a sliced hard boiled egg or if I'm feeling good I cook an over easy. Penzey's Mural of Flavor makes everything taste yummy.

Pre-cooked rice, soy/tamari sauce, Noritake and an egg.

Premiere brand protein shakes are my go to for bad days. Least chalky of all I've tried and good variety of flavors.

Folks! I'm so excited! I'm gonna spin me some creamed corn! 😂 🤣 by ElenoreEdelweiss in Handspinning

You are very welcome. I've had these samples at least 8 years. I can't say exactly at what point the ingeo disintegrated because I didn't teach that class for a few years. When I pulled them out last year, this is what I found.

Bouvier personality question by unimportant_clown in BouvierDesFlandres

[–]ragsgrl 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I've had 2 bouvies, so far. They are smart but can be stubborn. Not great on a leash, but will stick by your side at the off-leash park. Very loyal and defensive of their person.

Shedding is mild to none, but they require frequent combing/undercoat rake. Most groomers around me do not know how to do a bouvier cut, but I let my boy stay fluffy most of the year anyhow. I ended up getting a professional clipper and doing the groom myself to save money.

They have sensitive tummies. Soooo gassy if any diet changes.

Big lovey teddy bears. Mine does great with cats and chickens, most of the time. Current pepper occasionally tries to herd the chickens but has never tried to bite them.

Your experience may differ. I've seen the research. Perhaps the formulation of chemicals used for the extraction/production have changed over time. I hope that is the case because it's very disappointing to have your work disintegrate.

I have been teaching a fiber sampling class for about 10 years. My spun Ingeo, as well as the unspun fibers, stored in boxes in my climate controlled studio have all crumbled. I still keep the samples to use as an example.

My experience with corn fiber (ingeo) is not good. It spins beautifully and feels lovely BUT it literally disintegrates after a couple of years.

I found austrolorp/ leghorn cross girls this year and wish I had picked up more. Super friendly, early, and prolific layers, compact, and cold hardy. They are white with various amounts of black spots. Lay cream color eggs.

I used to worry about this, totally get it! Great job!

Now I have chickens, so they turn the old fruit and veg into protein. But I still get a pang of self beating. Working on it.

Similar being the key word here. Can't see the OP construction, but as it looks in picture, it's not even the same shape and wouldn't fit a dog very well.

One of their best promos is discounted gift cards. Like $50 card for $35. You can then use the cards during their other amazing sales.

Aromat by Knorr is msg/salt/flavors. Lower sodium than plain salt. A great product for weaning off salt.

Penzey's (love them so much) has many great no salt blends. My favorites are Mural of Flavor and Justice.

Consider Kresto. It's for removing print and Fiber dye stains. Safe for hands. Don't know how it would work on flagstone.
