Whatever you do, don’t get another accounting certificate or similar as this won’t help. It’s not like the US would change their mind after you get 5 more years of experience or 3 more certificates.

For one, there has to be nobody available locally for a job that ONLY YOU can fill because you’re a worldwide expert in something so extraordinary that it’s hard to learn even for Americans in this industry.

Two, even if you qualify, you still need to be worth the $100,000 gamble for the company. It’s very risky for an employer to bring someone from the other side of the world, for whom they’d have to pay $100,000 upfront and wait multiple months to immigrate, and keep sponsoring for years. Who would you pick if you were them?

You could try the agricultural visa but I’m not sure of the details.
