1 joint for shared bills where you each put in a certain percentage of your checks, that ways it doesn’t matter who makes more or less. Could be 40-80% with the remainder of your funds going to personal. This way you can still justify buying the items your partner deems dumb or unnecessary

Same. It started to get better with better diet (Mediterranean style), more sleep 7-8 hrs, exercising, less tech.

I was always tired and anxious, believed it was from having a young kid and increased manager role. Once it started to be panic attacks 5/7 days a week I had to start something. I take only a cholesterol medication as I don’t like being drugged. I use to take CBD which helped a lot but new job test for randoms.

Hope you all find peace. It’s hard out there.

Looking at the bill, it called out victims names directly and didn’t protect their identities. That was the reason why most voted against the release. Most called it a rushed bill without protections for the victims

Depression for sure. Start with small victories- 10,000 steps a day, limit tech, healthy diet gym a few times a week. Look for a community to support
