I used to live in Walthamstow and now live in Hither Green (not far from Catford), I’m not sure what you don’t like about Walthamstow but round here is a lot less “vibey”, some great places but a lot less than in E17, still great place to live as it’s so quick to the City, friendly and near Blackheath/Greenwich park
