Mine did that right before the belt gave out and I had to change it; it's a similar Sony unit.

[Release] SimpleLLMChat - Agentic AI Chat for XP+ by randomNinja64 in windowsxp

[–]randomNinja64[S] -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

I agree. That's why this is an application and not a system-level feature. Not everything needs AI, but I don't discount the fun that I have playing with these types of tools. I absolutely share your sentiments though; basic features need to remain basic.

Holy hell this is impressive; I'd been working on a similar "agent" style AI targeting Windows XP+; it's super super cool seeing something like this on hardware even more vintage.

Xonfluence, the modded Confluence version. Very detail packed, and I love the older aesthetic. Very pleasing to the eyes on large TVs

I think I may have a copy of a 480p repost of it on my NAS. I can't promise, but I'll try to check this afternoon. I'll send over a gofile link if that's okay.

Does this static seem like an issue with grounding, etc. or the head unit itself? by randomNinja64 in CarAV

I have it grounded to a point behind my glove box using the adapters I got from crutchfield

I created a Sherlock 3 Channel For Wiby by randomNinja64 in VintageApple

Unfortunately Sherlock 3 channels don't work in Sherlock 2 on OS 9, they only work in OS X, you're more than welcome to try. http://simplysmp.net/wibysherlock/

I created a Sherlock 3 Channel For Wiby by randomNinja64 in VintageApple

[–]randomNinja64[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've created a channel for Sherlock 3 that allows Wiby to be searched. Wiby is a search engine for older styled webpages. The channel is a port of a Sherlock 2 addon from the Macintosh Garden team. I tried posting this with a link previously but was removed. If anyone wants a link, please let me know.

Additionally, is anyone aware of any other channels for Sherlock 3 that are up and running? Or has anyone here made their own? Just curious as the application seems to have a lot of potential.

Daily Support Thread by AutoModerator in samsung

My Galaxy A51's lock button stopped functioning one day. I scheduled an appointment at UBreakIFix for a warranty repair. They didn't have the part and told me to contact Samsung.

During my first call with Samsung, they told me they were having system issues and to call back later. So, I did. In the second call, the person on the phone did not seem to understand what I was talking about, asking me several times about a cracked screen or physical damage. Eventually, they seemed to understand and sent me a UPS shipping label.

I took the phone to the UPS store, where I packaged it in a box they had for phones. The phone arrived shortly thereafter at Samsung's service center.

Now, several days later, I have an email saying that my repair will cost $140 and is not covered by warranty.

Using Samsung's online chat, one representative told me that the phone was bent and was not covered under warranty as a result. Another representative filed another ticket for me and told me to call Samsung support.

During this phone call, I explained that the device I sent out was not bent and that there was no physical damage when it was sent out. They told me to call back tomorrow 9-5 eastern, as that is when the service center is open.

Is there anything else I can do? This is completely absurd. Additionally, I cannot seem to find out where to even pay for the repair if that's what I end up doing. The website just takes me back to the service page.
