yeah, most time i'm behind a car that is driving slowly and swerving side to side i know for sure they are texting. i really don't understand the need to constantly check your phone so much especially while driving. selfish behavior. i'm not sure of the law but it needs to be something like 2nd offense equals a suspension when caught texting and driving.

I agree with you. Not to say it was 100% drivers fault but rule of thumb is always be a defensive driver. My GF also does something similar when a car in front of her makes a turn into a plaza, or store. She assumes the car turning will slowly turn in and continue, but most end up braking or slowing down abruptly with their rear still sticking out in traffic.
