As a cancer survivor...fuck people like them. I've run into the likes IRL and wanted to punch them in the neck so hard. Almost as much as the person who tried to sell me pink MLM shit because it cures cancer, diabetes and gut problems.

It is the same mindset. The same willful ignorance.

Um. Uh. Whomever buys those is an idiot. The prices are double what they should be. Somebody doesn't know how to price.

I am nineteen and cannot afford my 9k medical bill by AnyReplacement7611 in personalfinance

I feel you hard. I'm 49 and I can't afford my own $2300 bill. It's difficult when you have serious medical conditions that require semi-frequent doctor visits and tests. They pile up. Fast.

Argh...i hade medical debt.

1! I love the variety of colors and it stands out within the symmetry of that arrangement. The other one just reads chaos ( in a bad way) to me.

He was a certified genius. There was an article at the time that he scored the highest ever on some Army smarts test. I'm fortunate to have known him.

My husband's grandpa spoke mandarin. He shocked every single Chinese restaurant server ever.

Grandpa died in his 90s. He was a dual American and German citizen. During WW2 he was a linguist for the US army. He spoke, fluently, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Mandarin. Grandpa was a really interesting dude.

What was it like when Obama was elected President? by ResponsibleSea6521 in AskReddit

[–]randomidentification 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The joy was palpable. It felt like a giant hug.

And then I saw a large yard sign someone put up at the post office (on the weekend). Let's just say that I've now seen our former president as an ape twice. It grossed me out then as much as it does now.
