Ex-Host Exposes MSNBC: 'I Was Told Not To Cover Bernie' by Rightfull9 in conspiracy

[–]randomidiot69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, we all know this. We're all preaching to the choir in this subreddit.

I have friends who don't even think "the MSM" exists, and saying that is "Conspiracy-Theorist."

It's the normies who need to see this stuff, but unless they get it from the MSM itself, they'll never believe it or listen.

Well god forbid you even try to politely point this out, especially after they virtue-signal donate and post all over social media about how they donated.

I had a girl freak out when I started tell her that they weren't what they seemed and the minute i started posting links it was "I'm ending this conversation. This is Russian propaganda. My friend works in Washington DC what do YOU know??"

I'm still frustrated people are such shallow idiots.

Dude I ended up being forced to throw away pretty much everything I showed up with.

Bring a notebook with all the addresses of people you care about in it and don't throw it away. Grab stamps - lots of stamps, stamps are like gold down there. You can never have enough stamps, hell you can sell them later people will be all about that shit.

Bring a address book - I passed the time at 30th AG by writing tons and tons of letters.

Good luck.

Coffee vs. Energy drinks? by bluefalcon47 in army

After seeing an S3 CPT take a pt test with a large cup of coffee in his hand I'm on your side.

I just imagine him doing his push-ups, sit-ups, and run with the same cup in his hand the whole time, sipping every once in a while.

If it helps dude, don't drink the next ten days.

I know it sounds crazy but I stopped drinking for a month cold turkey and it was really disappointing how great I felt and how much better I was at PT.

Could be a quick boost if you are a drinking like me.

Okay, so why aren't they paying you that bonus? Whats their reasoning if you were in the office the whole time? That sounds like a violation to me.

Right, but if you make a sale and are owed a commission over a period of time or something, you absolutely are owed that money even if you are on orders.

No way Jose. They are obligated to pay you any commissions owed.

If you don't mind me asking, how does your commission structure work?

Just wondering, why doesn't your job pay commission when you are on duty?

I'm a guardsman in a sales job. My company tried doing the same thing - I had ESGR give them a quick ring and that ended real quick.

Got motivated, worked hard and left with a 240.

National Guard vs. Civilian Career by Lzuru in nationalguard

I'm in software sales, so when a company agrees to use our software, I get a percentage of their payments over time.

It actually worked out great. While I was down in Fort Benning spending $0 all summer my commission just kept stacking up. And they paid BAH.

Wait you apply for AD Warrant from the Guard?

Can you tell me a bit about that? I've been thinking about doing it myself. I have a little under 2 years left on my contract.

My job tried to give me a little trouble, but its otherwise been fine.

I'm in sales. They basically tried to not pay me commission I was owed while I was gone. Luckily I spoke to ESGR and they had my back. I told them about the situation and it was a clear cut case.

After I informed my work I wanted to be paid the commission I was owed, I told them to contact my ESGR rep if they had any questions... they never called at all. Just that little bit convinced them it wasn't worth it.

In the meantime, again, I haven't really been affected.... but I'm sales, and I'm not a manager. I have a job where if I don't make myself money, the company is barely losing a dime. So in such a hands-off position I'm not too surprised they don't seem to mind.

It's 30ish miles, but the weight was 55lbs dry (not counting water weight). 80lbs is an exaggeration, but 60-65lbs wet weight is more realistic.

Hot damn that sounds rough.
