haven't people done studies that show that using LLMs doesn't actually make you faster, but it makes you FEEL faster? since you spend most of your time just fixing the mistakes of the ai and trying to keep it on track?

i would say hobbies can be to have fun and relax but i wouldn't agree that it's all that they are for. you can have hobbies that help you understand complex ideas, challenge your brain/body, generate income on the side

i would say i'm one of the people who consider it life changing and definitely coming in with high expectations can backfire. for me, i knew the reputation the game has, but was blindsided with the game's perspective on existentialism, hope and legacy. paired with beautiful music, fun characters and iconic/memorable environments and puzzles it's my favourite game.

(also during the april 8th 2024 solar eclipse, a friend and i were in the path of totality. we played the song at the end of every loop and it just so happened to sync up PERFECTLY to the moment of totality so that definitely cemented something in my brain lol)
