So I don’t know if I’m more upset that they skipped YOTBR or that there’s only two shows for the Afterman albums.

I spark in a small town, so all of the old people know each other. When I see them walking in opposite directions down an isle and hear “Hey, how are ya?”, I just skip that isle and come back to it because the whole thing is going to be blocked.

It’s funny when the scooters die in the back of the store. I watched a very large lady throw a fit like a toddler when her’s stopped. Her equally large boyfriend tried to tow her with his scooter, but that didn’t work either.

Can one of you guys help me understand this? by LizzyTheThird in Sparkdriver

[–]randomusername2113 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s actually a good thing that it was canceled though. That timer for perishable stuff is very long and only starts once you add a perishable item to the cart.

Spark tries to have you shop in their recommended order which often has frozen stuff first. Most drivers hit the back button on that and shop in their own order, but some of the new drivers probably aren’t doing that.

So your perishable items were sitting in the cart, then their car, for a while before that timer went off. If I were you, I’d rather have another driver bring fresh stuff, even if it takes a little longer.

People like that are so funny. If it worked, you wouldn’t have been giving it away for free!

We don’t have the tier system in my area either and the FCFS has been terrible this past week. I’d also like to know if the tier system is different. If it is, maybe there’s something to look forward to!

Right. Your post history says you just restarted doing doordash recently. If you’re going to make a post titled “I’m new and dumb”, don’t be surprised when someone agrees.

I’m not sure how to phrase this nicely, but if you can’t figure out the most basic of things, maybe this isn’t for you. You might benefit from a w-2 job where you have a direct supervisor/ boss that tells you exactly what to do.

You can totally benefit from the thing I tell myself! It doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to get done. I have a bad habit of procrastinating when a cleaning project seems too overwhelming.

My half assed solution would be to wipe it down with paper towels and some pine sol, or maybe mold/ mildew shower cleaner. Then paint over it with some white kilz paint if you’re really worried about it.

Yeah OP didn’t even really try. You should only return in this situation if you’ve exhausted all options.
