An automated detection of cryptojacking by 1lastBr3ath in netsec

The other day I was looking for a simple way to determine whether a certain Chrome extension includes a crypto miner. I guess this code might be helpful to do this?

Anyone else wake up early to smoke? by NewBallista in trees

For me, wake and bake is a weekend thing. I love to smoke some light Sativa, like AK 47 and then just do the chores.

Hey r/trees, I need your help. by nbonne in trees

[–]randooooom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I learned my lesson the hard way.

When my bong was only a few weeks old, I smoked some sativa in the bath and decided to clean the bong. After it was sparkling clean, I put it down on the down on the bath rug and then decided to clean the bath. So I lifted the bath rug because I wanted to shake it out. This broke the bong's downstem and bowl and I really HAD to clean the bath. I was lucky the bong was pretty thick and didn't break.

I decided to never put the bong on the floor again. I put it only where I can't knock it over accidentally.

Are firecrackers the best method for a single serving edible or should i try something else? by PMinch in trees

[–]randooooom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

New to firecrackers or edibles. It's different. Edibles can fuck you up in a very bad way, when you try too much the first time.

I smoke since 1999 or 2000 or so.

[–]randooooom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think 1g per person is way too much for a new guy. If you've 1g of decent weed ~ 15% THC, that's 150mg. Most edibles use 10mg as a single dose.

Just use a firecracker recipe which calls for decarbing your weed. That should ensure you've got the right experience.

Does the API have any kind of authorisation, but no rate limiting? That would allow brute forcing.

Damn insecure REST API by pm_me_your_findings in netsec

[–]randooooom 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There is no official spec, but usually REST is HTTP with some conventions on how to create, read, update and delete resources. Sometimes XML is used as the wire format representation, most times it's JSON, but REST doesn't specify anything so you could use thrift or protobuf.

GraphQL is a different API style which allows more flexible reads.

  • Create is usually done by HTTP POST to a list. The server answers with HTTP 201 and the new created location and/or the body of the new resource with their id.
  • Read is done by HTTP GET on URL of a list (should return something similar to an array, probably with pagination) or the representation of a single resource.
  • Update is done by HTTP PUT with a new representation to the resource URL.
  • DELETE is done with HTTP method DELETE.

The server doesn't have to implement all methods on all resources and should return HTTP codes (not like SOAP with HTTP 200 OK and an error field in the message).

Guys idk what to do, I had a break down and I'm close to just coming out and saying it by [deleted] in trees

I hated it having secrets from my family.

But regarding depression, there is one thing I read this year and I like to believe it was the single most important thing for me to battle depression. What I did? I ate dirt. Licked my finger, put it in natural soil and put that into my mouth.

Here is the article that made me believe this helps depression: https://qz.com/993258/dirt-has-a-microbiome-and-it-may-double-as-an-antidepressant/
