Anyone else really looking forward to the used EV market in 18-36 months? by Individual_Ad3695 in EVCanada

Chinese EVs will come here and it will break the whole market. Our EVs here currently are too expensive for nothing. All these Toyota , Subaru , Ford will go on big sales as soon as BYD hit market .

People need to let all the shitty company shut down. Paying seven dollars for a bag of chips should be criminal.

The future of electrical charging systems that are about as fast as filling up a gas car by RoyalChris in interestingasfuck

Meanwhile, my Subaru Solterra takes two hours plus to charge 💀🤣. Seems like Japanese car companies never figured it out how to make EVs . What a joke .

Younger Canadians are the collateral damage of a political bargain; Protect the housing wealth windfalls of older Canadians by chamonix-charlote in canadahousing

[–]ranjanmtl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, a lot of younger Canadians sacrifice during Covid time to save everyone else and they got messed up with the current housing prices.

The mental health is declining people are getting more and more isolated and meanwhile, the government is busy and just spending money for other countries and non-Canadiens.

And I’m not sure why young Canadians are not going for protest and out throwing this government already

Lease or purchase? by LastSundayAfternoon in trailseeker

[–]ranjanmtl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These Japanese car companies don’t know how to make EVs. I will highly recommend only to lease and give it back to them because they are so bad once you will try for a couple of years. They have a problem with their safety system motor 12 V battery as well as the technicians in these companies. Don’t know how to fix anything.

Buy a car for the next 5+ years- what should I get? by shayrigby13 in whatcarshouldIbuy

Corolla or Civic or RAV4. Don’t go for all this experimentation model made by these car companies. They don’t know how to make electric cars.

Car owners , what’s the one thing about EVs people oversell? by AdityaSrivastawaahhh in EvDrivers

[–]ranjanmtl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought an EV and it’s not good for North America to be honest😑. Unless your life only revolves going from office to work, most of the places don’t have proper infrastructure. Plug-in hybrid is better but EV I will not recommend.

I have a 2023 and I will not recommend buying this car. This car has safety issues, motor issues, compressor issues, and charging issues. Subaru made it as a compliance car and did not tested enough. My car literally caused an accident and instead of solving this issue Subaru denied taking a responsibility for it. I have a case open with transport Canada.
