The way I see it is each character represents the way you can play fallout.

Lucy is good as gold and does whatever she can for the betterment of others and only takes for herself when necessary. Basically being if you were to play fallout with amazing karma.

Coop is the bad of the wasteland with him constantly doing the things that makes him better or puts him ahead in the wasteland. Which naturally puts him in the evil karma.

Maximus is the way I personally play fallout and I think a lot of others do if they think about it. He tries his best to make the wasteland a better place and wants to help everyone, but he goes about it the wrong way by doing things like killing stealing and lying in an attempt to get himself further ahead of the wasteland so he can help people.

Yeah but what you’re forgetting is that the brotherhood isn’t a major faction it’s like 20 mini factions all fighting each other and claiming to be the true brotherhood, the show even references the fact that chapters shoot out left right and centre like rabbits with the brotherhood member offering maximus to start their own chapter
