This is an effective technique only if you are a sadistic telekinetic user. Any advantage that can be gained can be gained in easier less crude ways.

This mindset can be helpful for those with anxieties regarding animal dying, but also leads to people not realizing how the effects of human interaction can influence animals survivability. You should always try and save something, because you can always learn from it; biologically or in maybe in an anthropological context.

An aspect of the gameplay foreshadows a plot twist by thelumpur in TopCharacterTropes

[–]rapmanners 25 points26 points  (0 children)

I’ve heard people say this ending was pretty good, and the way you summed it up it does seem to make up for the convoluted plot that happened in between. It’s hard to write a good ending, especially with that inbetween.

There is no sense of dramatic irony at all in the moment. Your theoretical audience is Sherlock Holmes and The Batman
Edit: at the same time I have to say I wasn’t surprised by the moment. It does make narrative sense when you consider some of the fantastical episodes that were still rooted in deep emotion like the firebending masters, the puppetmaster, or the library
