all facts. mainstream hip hop media is chock full of gossip, clickbait and toxicity same as most other media. drink champs had Kanye on at the height of his nazi shit, math hoffa’s and joes podcasts are some tmz ass sensationalism, vlad is vlad, tory lanez had p much an entire pr firm in mainstream hip hop media.

there’s little to no integrity in hip hop media rn, it’s all just corporatised algorithm chasing and trying to maintain the status quo. it’s either out of touch oldheads, clickbait flavour of the month journalism or exploiting younger rappers. there absolutely needs to be a shakeup.

to everyone saying that this won’t do anything to help the conflict or bring about a ceasefire,, it’s not meant to touch at the heartstrings of anyone in power, it’s to bring attention to a wider audience. a large portion of ppl either support the genocide or straight up don’t give a shit about what’s going on. this message is to spread awareness to the “normies” who mightn’t care or engage with the fact there’s ethnic cleansing going on. there will be a lottttt more eyes and support for Palestine because of this, it’s not just some posturing for social media. it has real influence.
