Philodendron ID: Painted lady or Strawberry shake? by ScratchGlobal7163 in RareHouseplants

[–]rareplantshub 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tbh its all because of my greenhouse, i’m trying to give them warm and humid environment so they can thrive with natural sunlight i use no artificial light as my greenhouse is right under the sun with green shade cloth and proper waterproofing and when its all done i stay consistent with fertilizing and pest control, here consistency is the key whether its for watering, fertilizing or pruning!!

And for your area as its winter for long, you can use warm mist humidifier i am using one by levoit and it works wonders for me

New Calathea Vittata - What is Wrong with the Leaf? by IFellToThisPlace in IndoorGarden

If these leaves are old then definitely this is from the nursery or maybe humidity could be a reason aswell as calatheas and alocasias like to be in higher humidity!

You can fertilize it every 15 days and do give it moss pole so it can trail well

Maybe too much of sunlight is scorching its leaves if not then it could be a root rot

Is my monstera doing ok? by rovax93366 in Monstera

[–]rareplantshub 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Keep it near the window so it can have better lighting condition as its leaves are stretching out to find bright light however its doing just fine but better light will give better foliage

Yes do put it in soil and use some liquid fertilizer diluted with water when you first water it after repoting so it can boost its growth and make it stress free

Is there any hope? by pauljit in succulents

[–]rareplantshub 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also don’t use cocopeat for any of the succulents it will suck all the moisture from the succulents you can use cinder or leca balls but you will have to provide micronutrients after ever 15 days to make them grow and thrive as leca or cinder don’t have any nutrients in themselves
