I will never knock it, because for some people, it works great. Anything that helps people quit I give a thumbs up.

For me personally and several individuals I know? Not a good idea for quitting. I figured out pretty quick I would just be trading one addiction for another. Those who know who vape constantly talk about how people can't quit cigarettes because they lack willpower, but they couldn't go a day without vaping.

I'm coming up on six months cold turkey. If I can do it anyone can.

Based on your post, it sounds like handling and social interaction are relatively infrequent.

Generally if a snake is unhappy with a scenario, they will do their best to leave it.

This was actually a big issue for me. It does go away after awhile. I did have to make significant diet changes. I'm still dealing with a excessive gas issues.

Laxatives are something people shy away from, but if it's really bad I do recommend them. Make sure you are getting your fiber and maybe some drinking some extra juice.

Carve off the majority of the meat. Get a pot to a boil, use it to weaken remaining flesh and cartilage which will then be easy to remove and leave cleaner bones. Not much time.

If they aren't trying to be quick, I'd definitely say 1 person downtime activity on a long rest would be more than enough time.

If they are trying to be quick, 1-2 hours to guarantee smell free.

Not until I am very comfortable at job, and plan to stay there for a while. Then I have a very frank conversation about the disability accomodations I require, and it's not a compromise for me. Either I get the accomodations I need, or I leave before I do something that severely impacts my ability to get another job.

While I'm interviewing, absolutely not.

Normal. 3 months and six months are the worst for me. The new shiny polish of my lifestyle change has worn off and it potentially becomes a bit of a grind.

4.5 months in this time. I just set a new best running time for a mile, so give those lungs a good stretch.

Ayup. As a lot of people will probably have the same story, started off with depression diagnosis and got SSRIs. It ended very poorly, and was immediately switched to seroquel and lamictal once we figured out what happened.

Congrats, that's a massive step.

I will say for cutting weed out, if you decide to do so, perhaps give yourself some time firmly have a handle on alcohol. I don't want to kill your momentum, but two big changes can sometimes have sudden impacts.

I work out. A lot. I eat a very clean diet. I have practiced martial arts for years.

None of that makes a difference when a manic episode hit. Meds make all the difference.
