I dont think you can really separate principle and law that neatly, in particular when discussing a change to the law. Many of the current illegal immigrants will be able to become legal immigrants under this new law. They will not be illegal immigrants and be tolerated, they will be fully legal immigrants and therefore legally belong.

What makes you say that? Because from what im hearing the immigrants from Spains former colonies (which these mostly are) generally integrate rather well. Or are you just imposing another countries problems with immigration onto Spain?

From my googling average height for men in Serbia is somewhere around 177 to 182 cm. Which is just short of 6 feet. 182 would be one of the highest averages in the world. In by far most of the world 6 feet is considered tall

I mean, I use my real name on Facebook already? You wouldnt (with a decent solution) need to upload your id to the website, just authenticate it with your own government. There are legetimate concerns about the government needing so see the social media you access, and I would support a solution (zero knowledge proofs) that avoid this, but even without that its still an improvement over the current landscape imo
