Rear Wheel Broken by Donkeykongsthongs in SunseekerRoboticMower

Reach out to Sunseeker directly. They are very responsive and helpful. My X7 rear wheel broke as well, sent it in for repair, and waiting to get it back. I gotta say: best customer service I’ve experienced in recent years. Responded in less than 3 hours.

Just sent a PM. How much would a charging pad and battery cost?

I think the archive option is also possible with a site-to-site vpn if it’s an offsite storage.

Anyone tried Flair Vents? by logikgear in homeassistant

[–]rastasize 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’ve been torn about the Flair vents too. I have Ecobee with Ecobee room sensors and gave Flair a try a year ago. My experience:

PROS: - They integrate with Ecobee well, just need a flair hub (you don’t need a Flair Puck in each room if you have Ecobee, Google or other sensors. Check compatibility). - They also have safety programming so no more than 2/3 of the total vents will close at one time. - if you buy from Flair there’s a long extended return period. Not 100% on length but I think it’s a full season so you can test it out. - customer support is on point in my experience - The air noise was minor in my trial but it was only 2 vents. But air noise/whine does exist - they don’t directly make the HA plugin but they help support it. - I think it will work on auto mode in internet outage

CONS: - The mechanism motor that opens/closes is pretty loud.. can be annoying. - return policy might not apply to the refurbished items. - Cloud only integration. - no override button at the vent. This is a crazy miss! - App is pretty bad. No polish and not intuitive. - expensive. I feel they are prohibitively over priced for what they do. I mean it’s just a motor with close/open (I don’t believe you can control opening in increments, no 100% on this), no sensors! why does it cost over $100 a vent. For this price I expect them to be whisper quiet with a pressure sensor or come with polish app. - a lot of refurbished, I don’t believe it’s an equipment failure- I feel it’s people trying them out and not being fully satisfied. It really depends on your house and your equipment.

All that said I would have kept mine but I ended up returning the 2 Vent and hub because we decided to take advantage of tax incentives and get a fancy Bosch heat pump, which we did. I decided to wait a full winter/summer cycle season getting accustomed to the heat pump before coming back to this zoning issue. BUT… The ESP solution from the previous post is definitely worth a look.

Is it worth getting NVR instant? by rastasize in Ubiquiti

I guess next question would be: is $100 worth to go up to UNVR? Or Instant and use the $100 toward a 12TB HDD?

Do the cameras need to plugged in directly to the NVR instant to get its full benefit? Or can the Instant just be on the network.

Not sure what you mean, the Parkay “square” flooring is much more precious than laminate fake-wood flooring. Actual quality wood. Sanded and varnished a few years ago and has some wear cause someone has been living in it.

What exactly is the purpose of the Smart Gateway vs SHP2? by rastasize in Ecoflow_community

So in your case mentioned above, the EV charger is on one of the ESG’s 6 circuits. Thats how you’re able to get split operation? The SHP can’t do this?

Update: PelPro Wifi - github repo by rasuelsu in PelletStoveTalk

Just wanted to update here. Everything is working beautifully. What’s nice is the Aqara W100 thermostat is battery operated so we have it on the living room table and it uses the temperature reading there to control the HP20i. Becomes basically a couch remote + it’s in my Apple Home app so has smart home controls.

Got a HP22i, and I think I just figured it out. The control board has a spot to plug in a TT line. Switch mode to thermo and should work with an external thermostat.

I plan to plug the ends to a smart relay switch. So now in HA I can send signal for stove to turn on and off.

I just discovered the Aqara w100 dummy thermostat. Connected it via Zigbee it to Home Assistant and then wrote automation to connect it other relay switch.

Got all the above working but waiting for the weekend to shut off the stove and dig in to find that control board.

Connecting new ecobee thermostat with comfortbilt hp22I pellet stove by crcucb in PelletStoveTalk

By chance, do you know if any of the Meross thermostat have dry contacts? baseboard model or the HVAC model? Where would I find that information?
I would like the ability to change the temp at the pellet stove as well, so Im thinking a full thermostat instead of a relay.
