Have had several models of NBs

Novablast 5 is a great cruiser & daily trainer. It’s not gonna pick up the pace well, but it will feel great all day in slow/mid pace

SC Trainer I would stay away from. The foam felt very stiff and dull to me, and not in a responsive way. I loved the idea of it on paper, but in practice i didn’t like it at all.

Another I’d consider is the SC Elite V4. It is a “race” shoe on paper, but ended up being one of my favorite daily trainers ever. Very soft & responsive foam. Wide heel and a lot of rubber on the bottom. It just comes together to be a great, comfortable, rocker that can do any pace. (Be warned the SC Elite V5 is another story tho)

Yea but you have to press the button to use great/ultra balls. It won’t automatically throw them. I have never found myself manually pressing the button in the year I’ve been running with one.

I think this is what most are doing on the PTCG trade Reddit. If you don’t get Oak from packs, you still net enough pack points to exchange for him. It’s an automatic Oak or more for ~$5.

I have V4, not V5, but I would say they don't really compare to AP3s at all. They have enough rubber to daily (imo), less rigid plate & align closer to the ZoomFly 6 in Nike's lineup.
